- Fall Sports Registration
  Students must have the following forms completed along with their report card before seeing the Athletic Director Mr. Nash to register. 1)Physical Form (must be on the BCPS form) 2)Athletic Permit Form (must include policy number and insurance information) 3)Players Contract (signed by student and parent) 4)Concussion Acknowledgement Form (signed by student and parent) Registartion will take place in Mr. Nashs office, located next to the gym entrance. July 23rd 3-7pm July 25th 3-7pm July 27th 3-7pm August 6th 9am-2pm August 8th 9am-2pm August 10th 9am-2pm Once all forms have been verified by the Athletic Director, you will then get a ticket that states you have been cleared for tryouts (tryouts begin August 11th). On the first day of tryouts, you will need to bring the ticket with you and present it to your coach. Only students with a ticket will be allowed to tryout. There will be no exceptions to this new policy.
